KinzIsland Rules

Please Do Not Edit this page. This page includes all the rules for KI and the consequences of disobeying each rule. If you have a question about one of the rules please contact a Moderator or Administrator. If you feel someone is not following the rules immediately contact a Mod or Admin. A full list of the KI Staff can be found on the Homepage.

NO TRADING Trading, or trading talk, is not permitted on KinzIsland Wetpaint. Any posts, threads or pages about trading will be deleted. Trading will now be posted on kinzisland.forumotion.com.
CONSEQUENCES:
This is a serious offense and will be dealt with accordingly. See No Scamming below for more information.

NO PERSONAL INFORMATION Please do not post personal information like Ages, Date of Birth, Where You Live, Phone Numbers, Your Last Name, or any other identifiable information. This applies to yourself and anyone else you know. Example: I have a 3 year old daughter is not permitted, but I have a young daughter is permitted.
CONSEQUENCES: The disobeying post, thread or page will be deleted and you may be notified as of why.

NO RUDENESS OR BAD BEHAVIOR Please treat others how you would like to be treated. This means no swearing, fighting or other form of inappropriate behavior. Please see the Other section below for a complete list.
CONSEQUENCES: This will be dealt with on an individual basis.

NO SCAMMING Scamming will not be tolerated on KI. This is a very serious offense and will be dealt with accordingly. A completed trade due to discussion on KI is considered a form of scamming as well, even if both people agree to the trade.
CONSEQUENCES:
Scamming: You will be permanently banned from the site.
A Completed Trade: First Offense: You will be notified that you will be banned from the site for 30 days.
Second Offense: You will be notified that you will be permanently banned from the site.

OTHER
The following things will not be permitted:
*Personal Pictures (Pictures of you, your friends, or your family)
*Pornographic material
*Racism
*Threats, or Harassment
*Swearing
*Spam
*Commercial Advertising
*Inappropriate images and content.
*Creating another account after being banned
*Using or editing blue or red text. This is reserved for use by Moderators and Administrators.
CONSEQUENCES: This will be dealt with on an individual basis. Some of these offenses are very severe and will be dealt with accordingly. In most cases the disobeying material will be deleted or edited.

EDITING RULES
1) Do not edit or use Red or Blue text. This text is reserved for Administrators and Moderators. The only exception to this rule is if blue and/or red text is used in a color code system like on the Today's Rares Page.
2) Always use the Edit Note Feature when editing a page.
3) Please add content to the appropriate page. Example: Don't add information about an upcoming POTM on the Today's Rares Page.

If you are unsure to why your post, thread, or page was deleted/edited, please contact a Moderator or Administrator.

PM RULES
1) Please refrain from using the send to all Moderators feature when PMing. This feature is intended to inform Moderators and Administrators of problematic posts, threads and pages. Please only use it for this manner or other emergency cases where urgent responses are needed. Although moderators are always there to help, over-using this feature can clog up moderators Message folders, and make responses to important messages take longer deal with.
